  • Less driving means less wear and tear on the roads. The Congress and highway lobby thinks we are stupid. There is plenty of money in the highway fund if you cut out the 30% pork. No wonder congress has a 9% approval rating. Another excuse for taxes.

  • How stupid do you think we are? Less driving also results in less wear and tear on the roads. The highway construction funds are over 30% pork. Cut the pork and you don't need more money.
